So I find myself in Starkville, MS for a month for work. I get my first day off in two weeks tomorrow. I know for the most part the largest rock in this state is about the size of a gold ball. I hear there is some minor climbing at Tishominga State park? Is there anyone in/near northern MS that wants to do something/anything that will work my atrophying arms? I've got my shoes with me but that's all.
Ideas? I post on rc.com but didn't get anything there either, I know it's a long shot. :-)

Shouldn't you be climbing a tree right now? I thought it was flooding out that way.

There's some flodding but it's more in the SW of the state. I'm actually here for the tornadoes from a few weeks ago. I've gotten in a couple nice runs down country roads and some circles in the hotel pool. I'd like to work my arms a bit though. :-)

Yeah, I'd love to head to Alabama! Unfortunately I have to work till 7 today and be back at 9 AM Monday. And I only have a pair of rock shoes and no partner. :-( I may head up to Tishominga anyways and see if I can find some bouldering. At least I'll see a new part of the state. :-)
