We saw some great looking Desert Bells in the Little San Bernardinos Sunday.

The Majority of them are from JoshuaTree. Some were taken in Death Valley in late January and early February. Some were taken in Wonder Valley to the east of 29 Palms. Some were taken at Amboy Crater, North of 29 Palms.
The one from Valley of Fire is over 20 years old.

Blitzo,

That's one of the best Ghost Flowers I've ever seen. Few years ago when I was photographing flowers with Powell, we looked forever for a Ghost Flower. Very, very rare. Very ethereal. (Thus the name...D'oh!)

Finally found 1 (read it: ONE) down around the southern border of Josh. Our photos don't come close to yours, though. Got any more?
