Anyone know why they are putting curbs all along highway 41? They put them outside the park a few winters ago and the snow plows took out a quarter of them.

Don't enter the park on 41. It is a mess.

Actually my stupid guess is to keep the excess water running onto the road?

Stupid guess.

But the curbs are lame .....

They're putting them there to totally hose road bikers trying to avoid getting run down by rental RVs...

das ist verbotten on highways with speed limits about 45 mph or above ... so .... Oh thats right ... it's Cal e for ne a ... they have their own rule book.

Probably because whomever makes the decision about road construction contracts has a friend who needs business, and they had to come up with some sort of project..... who cares if it is useful, dangerous, a waste of taxpayer money? Especially when there's a kickback for making the deal.

I thought this was going to be about the HWY 41 that used to run 2 miles west of my family home in Wisconsin(and then when my parents moved to Marquette, MI, they moved to a place 2 miles east of HWY 41. That 41 is a pretty long hwy - I don't know about the CA one.
