Waterline world-record and a 5.13b Sport-Route free solo
A 160m (525feet) long ''Aeon'' webbing was rigged over 6°C (42°F) cold water and within 24 hours Kemeter Mich claimed the first ascent.
The lake is named 'Grüner See' which literally translated means ''Green Lake''. The water looks green-turquoise-blue and will never ''warm'' up to more then 10°C (50°F).
''It was one of the most amazing projects I have ever done!''
The next day: Sport-Route ''Bruchheinz'' 5.13b / 8a -free solo
I planed to do this project a long time ago, but I didn't work out.
This route was over two years in my mind and finally I did it.
Thanks to Five Ten for supporting me!

Wow, tough crowd, as usual....
By the way, it's not masturbation, it's pole polishing.
Good work dude!!
Professional slackliner sounds pretty weird to me though.....
Ah well, life is just a temporary circus act anyway when you think about it.

Which is the more impressive record....the longest slackline or the shortest base jump?

I'm going to say longest slackline. Base jumping from a curb doesn't impress me.

why is it called a slackline "ascent"?
surely an ascent implies going "up"..

I am SO NOT IMPRESSED!
If the hardest, most mind-challenging moves are right off the ground, what's the big deal if it get's easier, both physicaly and mentally, as he climbs higher?
With a tether on the slackline, there's really no mental challenge to overcome. And once a slackline gets so long, it doesn't really get any harder; one just keeps putting one foot in front of the other.
I DO see his need to post this "TR" in order to justify to his sponsor that he's getting their name out there; good job doing that in the first pic!

Well the guy can slackline and climb way harder then me, so I guess I am pretty impressed. Quite a feat, or two. Congrats!

just for the record:
there still needs to be a discussion in the slackline community as to whether a water line world record can be walked with a leash. i think most of us would agree that a water line, as a world record, must be done WITHOUT a leash.
secondly, a longer line does make a huge amount of difference in the difficulty, for many reasons. the main point being that the line is much heavier, and swings that weight with much more force.
other than that, congrats mich! 160m midline is pretty sick, and a gorgeous location.
