Last weekend Joe, Brian, Paul and I set out to climb Middle Palisade in the High Sierra. I had tried to climb it with Ben in early June but got shutdown by loads of soft snow. This time conditions were much better. Follow the jump for lots of pics and some cheesy narration.

thanks folks. its a pretty awesome spot. be prepared to be feasted upon by tiny flying vampires though. didn't see any fishes, but we weren't looking. i was too busy running around with a giddy grin on my face.

I've fished Brainerd and Finger resting up for Middle and Norm. Didn't catch or see anything in Finger but caught brookies at Brainerd...

Caught them on crappie rigs and a spincast, pretty savage. Would rec fly gear if you have it...
