Whoops! Hair City is not in the Park. WTF?
We have so much good rock here, that I sometimes get confused and my head wants to explode. It apparently has a similar effect on my kids.

While alpine rock climbing comes to an end for the season, fall can be prime time for the ephemeral drips and smears that the Park is so well known for.

Hasta la vista, warm weather. It's been real, but all good things have to come to an end.

Nice, thanks for the photos, Colorado is a special place for a climber, especially if you like it all,(rock, ice, alpine, boulder). I long to get back out there and treasure the times that I have.

I grew up in the Park. I miss it so much. Great pics.

All those wonders and battles serve me well now that I'm entrenched in the world of men, and not granite and wind...

For a jack-of-all-trades climber, Colorado is pretty hard to beat. We truly have every type of climbing here,

Does anyone know if it is possible to rotate pictures once they have been placed in a trip report? Sometimes a picture will be oriented correctly on my computer, but when I post it to ST it gets rotated.

Turn your computer on it's side of course.
Ha ha ha ha!

Great stuff wbw TFPU.
It has been a little frustrating watching one of the best 'summer into fall' seasons that I can remember and not being able to climb. But I really enjoyed your TR Pics & Wit.

I know this is mostly a rock climbers' forum, but I'm gonna 'fess up. The thought of this new snow going through the melt-freeze gets me all jingy.

Crimpergirl, I swear I'm gonna make it to a HH. You live near the Boulder Bolder course?

Errett, that pic. of the Petit is stunning.

You tell a nice story. I though the ice climbing shot was sideways because you were traversing? ;)
I am heading to CO in a week and hope to do some rock climbing. Thanks for the stoke!
