Here are some pictures and story from my Hulk trip July 11-12,2010. This is a beautiful spot to camp and climb. My full trip report is here:

Red Dihedral is well documented on this forum, thanks for those posts. They helped me. Beeline is a new route Dave Nettle and Glen Poulsen put up a few hundred feet to the right of Red Dihedral. They did this last fall Sept 14th, 2009. We really enjoyed it, and found the topo to be easy to follow. This climb is a little less difficult than Red Dihedral, but does have some really fun 5.9 and 5.10 spots.

The Incredible Hulk. We only saw a few other people up there, and no one on our routes during our climbs. Eric and Michael climbed Dave Nettle's Outgaurd Spire East Face 10d while we did Beeline. thanks Dave! You are an inspiration and more!

Thank Dave for this topo. And a lifetime of inspiration. Thanks to the many other amazing people (climbers) I've learnd about too, many who talk on this forum. I always loved mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and other stuff I did, but recently just got totally hooked on climbing. The coolest people on earth hands down, and not just for the athleticism.

And of course a great time with friends Greg Loring, Michael Decker, and Eric Perlman.

So inspiring, thanks for a great trip report. That granite looks so good it hurts...

Amazing that such a sweet and clean line got its FA in 2009...

We got on the Beeline/A-Line yesterday after reading this TR- thanks! At least, your pictures look like what we did as far as the crux corner....then we found a bunch of other good stuff further left around the way, and finished up right on the summit register. I'd love to compare notes one day.

Anyhow, it's a worthwhile outing and folks should check it out. The crux tips corner is harder than the RD and it's not the only 5.10 pitch. We had a pair of #3 camalots, nothing bigger, and it turned out fine. The whole thing might be considered like a slightly more adventuresome and blue-collar Red Dihedral.
