We got into Cochise at 2 a.m., drank whiskey until 5 and went climbing on this thing
up in the top of the canyon bordering eastern stronghold. Does anyone know what this route is?

We got to the base hungover at like 2 and did the first pitch beautiful 5.8 gear lead by don to a good bolted ledge.

From there you do a 15' lead off the anchor to a crack that you can follow up, or continue out on good 5.9 alligator skin bolted face.
I ended up doing a rope stretcher to a roof to belay as the sun was setting.
Above that anchor i had a ~35' runout on 5.9 above the anchor with no pro off the deck. Good times in Cochise!!

So we ended up getting the rope stuck on the tree we intended to rapp off of, i had to batman up the rope and feed it, batman down. We got down after awhile doing three rapps in the dark no headlamp, heidi got her binocs stuck in a hole, but we got em back with this
thing. She also scored two booty cams, and on the way out found the nalgene that slipped into a hole. I was the luck recipient of the booty cams!! Loving it!!
after a few hours dialing the deproach we got back to camp, but not before i slipped and smacked my face on a boulder and chipped a tooth

The trip was full of good food

with many cosmic campfire conversations among amazing people.

After the epic, we got on the whale

A few days later we got on the sheepshead, EWEPHORIA. An amazing route.

Next day went in to tucson and chilled
