On our journey to become big wall masters, my partner Andrew and I swing by Zion for a hot second to climb Moonlight Buttress:

Disclaimer: This post is part of a series of other blog posts documenting a "Live Your Dream" grant which I was awarded through the American Alpine Club. Unfortunately after Zion my car got rear ended on the freeway just outside of LA, so I also talk about that towards the end of the post...

Great photos and story, Owen.
Lesson learned about climbing big walls in 100+ degree temps, eh?
Bummer about your car...lucky you weren't injured!

HOLY SH#T! What an incredible trip you've been having. I couldn't stop reading.
How in the world did you do all that in the heat???

Then the car. What a shitty thing to have happen. You have an incredible attitude about it all and I am so glad you're safe. Indeed, that could have been much worse.

Rock on

Dang, Moonlight in July! Nice work, keep at it. LF is really not really any harder, than MLB.

That was really an impressive effort, way to go, guys. Also, thanks for posting your story, it is an inspiring read. Bummer about your car, but a real blessing that you are largely uninjured. The rest of it is just stuff.
cheers
