Overview
The West Buttress is an old-school adventure climb. It follows a continuous crack system up wide, often grassy cracks. There are few bolts or crowds. The mandatory free climbing is similar but more sustained than the Salathé Wall. The aid climbing is harder but less sustained than Zodiac.
