The point of making guidebooks is "being forced" to climb a majority of the climbs and problems of an area. As the bonus, by researching all the established climbs, I often come across tons of unclimbed rock and first ascent potential. The following photo gallery features my favorite images from the making the "Lake Tahoe Bouldering Select" guidebook. Included are some of Tahoe's best problems, some routes friends and I put up, and some problems that just looked great in the photos. Many thanks to Eric Volz for letting me include two of his photos. Also thanks to Kevin, Clair, Jay, Mark, Frank, Ludde and everyone else who let me take photos of them.
