The comment about the runout 5.10 finish is erroneous.

The options are an unprotected 90' 5.4 slab to the left, or a protectable 5.7 crack to the right.

If you don't park your ass on the very summit of the Spearhead (I did before 2:00pm) then you are a wimp and a poseur and can't claim an ascent!
