The anchors have not been replaced but are fine as I'm the one who put them in. I just did the route 2 weeks ago. The anchor consists of 1 5/16 bolt and 1 3/8 bolt and has chains. The route is in fine shape.

This route seems pretty on par for the 5.8 rating. If anything it's a little soft. Make sure not to go right of the second bolt along the ramp as there are tons of loose jugs that are very loose.
