This would be worth more stars if it was longer, but as it is, it is still good climbing. As noted above, it is easy to put a top rope on.

If you are looking for a short but hard red point project, consider this one since you can work out the moves on top rope if you wish. Most of the climb consists of low to mid-11 moves that take good pro. The crux is up high and is both technical and strenuous although short. Get some good pieces in and blast on through--the fall is clean. The anchor is bolted, but not easy to clip. Climb high before trying to clip it.
