This is gonna be the year I actually realize the same goal I've had for the last four or five. Oh yes. It's true cuz it's published.

There's been mention of Blaine and I getting the SA of Dolphin Dreams, right next to Freak Show! =) Of course, I'd have to come out of aid retirement (sworn it off for a year) for that.

I've got the same list every year! OK I did knock a couple off this year.

In no particular order;
North Buttress of MC
YPB
Lost Arrow Chimney to the tip
South Face of Liberty Cap
Inverted Staircase
Harding Route on Mt. Conness

I know, I know, same ol', same ol'. Yawn. (Wait, add The Yawn)

Well, seeing as how i'll be in the valley for 3 weeks, and will have a ledge, how about a few walls? Zodiac is on the top of my list as well as the South Face of Washington Column and possibly the Prow! Im really excited for June 1st when i get to head up there!

Cheers,

"Phoenix, Zombie Roof, Midnight Lightning, Seaseme Street, Salathe in a day, Jailbait at Jailhouse...learn how to climb at Smith Rocks too." Me in March

While I've made significant progress towards these goals, they were highly idealistic, and with just another month til the end of the year, I doubt I'll send any of them. Still, I made significant progress towards them. Next year, more realistic goals.

"Leaning Tower in April. Possibly the Prow in June. Would like to get on a El Cap route this year, not sure if Im ready. See how the other ones go...

Want to do East Buttress El Cap plus other sundry free climbs.
"

Leaning Tower, Check
....

Hmmm I made one of my goals. I guess that not all bad...

"Aiming for El Cap Route #32 in a rematch with The Ranch, Ammon. Kate promises to bring me her crashpad to put on a certain ankle-breaking ledge. Arriving May 22 with an off-the-couch warmup on WFLT with a friend from MN [since I have zero climbing gear here in Canada] then maybe a bit of Mexico sun.
No plans for the fall, but a solo might be in order as it's been a while for me.
I would really REALLY like to get my crab back."

Got in El Cap routes #32 and #33, which is not half baaaaaaaaaaad. Still looking for, and missing, Wee-Wee the Big Wall Crab.
