i remember hearing once that boring people, get bored.
I think the trick, is to contribute, or create, i can't imagine getting bored, too much to do!
I could spend a lifetime doing new routes, fishing, writing, photography, serving friends, designing new shoes, another stove, or any number of other things...
and,,, there is still golf to be played at Old Head, and Death Valley,
and there is a lake in The Uintas i want to revisit..... and Havasupai falls, and the black canyon, and the Wind River Range,
are you kidding?
In the last three months I have been to Yosemite three times, tahoe once, red rocks twice, arizona once, san diego, and in 5 weeks, Dusseldorf,
the couch is boring.... stay away from that thing!

Someone wiser than myself once told me:
"Boredom is a state of mind, not a state of being - change your mind."

I don't get bored, I get uninspired. When I find myself in that situation, I find something uncomfortable to do and wham! I get a whole lot done avoiding it.

Wait a minute? So the thing never gets done, you just find it and due to the stress of uncomfortability, do other things?
When do you take care of "that uncomfortable thing"?
