The Mountain has the great bloody belay shot. Similar to the shot
in The Old Man and the Sea. I guess someone really liked Tracy's hands.
On the subject of Robert Wagner, he is Even More Impressive
in Prince Valiant (gotta believe me)

I dunno. Him and Jill St. John doin' the geezer prescrip insurance ad had me misty...

His best performance was producing a daughter as beautiful as her mother, so I wonder about his signficance.

I love that bloody belay scene, you can just feel the seering pain. Then Wagner's character was a total dick about it even though Tracy had just saved his life.

In The Mountain Wagner played Tracy's younger brother, but what was the film where he played one of Tracy's three sons along with Richard Widmark?

FIX!

FIX!

FIX!

Top photo of frizzy haired floozy shows her just after finding out that Gary has just won a contest to have a date with her.
Bottom photo shows Lange after being informed she might have a similar prospect in the small print of her contract.

Next;

The actor that played the third brother also played a supporting role along with Henry Silva and Brian Keith in what film which still holds a record in stunt work?

Pacino and De Niro were both in Godfather Part II AND in Heat so TWO movies.

Although DeNiro played Pacino's father it was in the flashbacks so they had no scenes together.

PR, the answer you're looking for is Earl Holliman in "Sharky's Machine" which had the longest free fall stunt ever done (for film that is)

Off White is pretty good. Glad i didn't offer any more prizes, though Alex really surprised me getting my trick question in under 7 minutes. I didn't even get to quash somebody answering Anthony Hopkins.
No fun.

I think you guys might be working from more than just memory.

All right then. Let's try a quote. Who said;

"A man who tells lies merely hides the truth, but a man that tells half lies has forgotten where he put it."

hint; said of the character in the title role, the speaker might be somewhat transparent.

wild guess: ghost dog?

Oh, yeah Ron, answer before was more about research skills (I married a librarian) than retained film knowledge, though I do remember that stunt.

12 hours and not a nibble!

Here's a giveaway;
The film title character was (in real life) an archeologist, a bastard (along with four brothers), a soldier (wounded over a dozen times), an explosives expert, an accomplished explorer, a speedboat and motorcycle enthusiast, a cartographer and a general pain in the ass to his government (and no it wasn't me. I don't have any brothers).

Indiana Jones.

Or maybe Charlie Chan.

That's one big dose of clues. However, it's still a guess:
Lawrence? Hey, was that Peter O'Toole's first flick?

scuffy is right! Lawrence of Arabia. An even better read, by the way.
