Sure....

So I can't believe how many calories there are in beer. I found a bunch of sites pointing out the calories and alcohol content. But someone needs to to plot that ratio and add a taste co-efficient.

Sheeeesh... a tofu salad for dinner means I can have three beers and still be at my 1800 cals/day limit.

Roman,

Welcome......we have now gone international!

Nature,

1800 calories? That's a meal for me.

It's not the salad that gets you, it's the dressing.

Clucker, dats funny!

my dressing consisted of a little flax seed oil and juice from a fresh squeezed lemon.

1800 cals/meal. The ASCA will be happy to hear that.

I've got a little app on my iPhone called Lose It. Pretty cool little app - should help.

ok that's better....

down 2.5. at this pace I might actually drop 10lbs of blubber. But I'll probably add 3 or 4 lbs of lean and mean muscle.

how about the rest of you Shamoo's?

I am down to 177.5 from 181, but I always drop fast at the beginning.

I will not lose any today, cuz it is my birthday, and I think I am gonna eat a donut or 2.

My weigh in was 202.

My plan is simple. Nix all alcohol for the month. I think it'll be enough to succeed.

Nature,

looks pretty professionally done.

I've dropped 4, but don't really have a plan.

fruits, vegetables, eating less, and not eating late.

down 4.5.

I fear what is about to happen is i will offset dropping blubber weight to gain in muscle mass weight.

I teach yoga at Golds Gym and with that get a free membership so I've been hitting the weight room and running on the treadmill.

I set my little iPhone app to lose 10 lbs instead of just the 7.5 I originally aimed for.

A lot of research has been done on the ease with which fat in the various parts of the body may be shed. And upon the different kinds of fat.

I am convinced fat changes body chemistry and this is the principle reason a person feels so hungry. Once the fat no longer controls you, you no longer feel so hungry.

Keeping it off remains, however, a matter of lifestyle.

My best weight used to be 147#. It has shot up dramatically with old age and now sits at about 153#,

Totally out of control.
