just teasing you Avery.

Ambiguity is the beauty of it though, right?

Thanks "thebravecowboy"
I think I'm just beginning to zero in on the American style of humor.

Its a real pleasure to talk with you Werner. I remember coming across your name from the magazines of yesteryear.

from the google
"snarky:
A witty mannerism, personality, or behavior that is a combination of sarcasm and cynicism. Usually accepted as a complimentary term. Snark is sometimes mistaken for a snotty or arrogant attitude.
Her snarky remarks had half the room on the floor laughing and the other half ready to walk out."

That's interesting Flip Flop, because mucci used the term "snarky" when describing one of my posts. Its definitely not a term used in Kiwi land.

I did three trips to Chch last year and couldn't believe the amount of damage that was still visible. There also seems to be a long of blaming going on between the local and wellington based governments.

And now the people are dealing with 100 year floods every couple of weeks whenever it rains a few hours... Hopefully, something will be done soon to ease the pain.

I tell you John, it's a heartbreaking sight for anyone born and raised in CHCH.
