unfortunately, this title seems to be trending towards fake news...
that's cause i happened to notice that uncharacteristically there haven't been any posts from ms. knight around here, in a couple of fortnights.

I went with her to yoga a few weekends ago... no pictures though!
her vinyasas include head stands!
and her triangle pose is a careful consideration of center-of-gravity...
