My wife loves lilies, the smell, how long they last, everything. These are a few of the ones I got her for her birthday, had a big bunch of these with tulips of the same color. She liked em. (sorry, kind of fuzzy picture from iphone)

The yellow flower looks like Scotch Broom (Cytisus scoparius).

Very few flowers in the CO front range so far this year, probably due to the dry conditions. Here is a shot on Memorial Day morning of one of the few colorful displays near the flatirons. They were gone less than a week later... Will be interesting to see what happens in the high country this season.
