When she missed our usual Sunday AM session at the gym, I called her and left a message: "Okay L, now I am officially worried..." Heard from her yesterday, she'd gone to Oceanside to hang with friends for the weekend and 'forgot' her cell phone. L's been seriously bothered by computer/work-caused headaches. Her job has been needlessly stressful lately and the work is causing ocular migraines. She can't spend much time on the computer these days without having to shut it down. Just talked to her again and read some of these posts to her. She's touched and sends her love. She'll be back soon.

Oh... I just read the post above... Wow... I am relieved. This freaked me out for a few minutes. (Laughing) Well, I figure a good freak out once in a while is good for me. It never hurts to feel the depth of how much you care for a person.

Good Word Fletcher.
Found out the Way Hard Way that the migranes I was experiencing that I had Never had before were due to hormone changes.
Many physicians do not get hormone changes in women...they just give you pain killers and other useless migrane meds.
I have some info I can send you that May help, if you're not sure.
I had MRI'S ...Cat Scans and yada ...it was just body changes. Suffered for naught for 7 years. It's all gone now.
You have been and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers, L.
PS, say we may have met at Dimes house at the climbing reunion @ 3 years ago.in J. Tree.. : )so says aldude.

hey there... oh, my... dear L...
i was getting very concerned here, but:
i just saw that you posted at the "message from ouch!'s daughter" so i am most happy to know that you MUST be around still and doing fine...
miss you, too, even though i dont know you too well
i always remember how you chipped-in, in my birthday-to-me thread....
that was very very speical how you did it.... :)
edit: oops, just saw the post by onyourleft... now i know what's up.... sure hope the eye and headache stuff clears up, L... much love to you... (i've had some eye glitches, from old contancts and computer screen cross-ups from all my edits) (eyes dont focus well on screen-to-street changes)

Hi L,
Hope that ocular migraine stuff clears up in a hurry for you. Perhaps you can get your cat to fill in for ya at work.
Since I can no longer climb for now my cat Sophie has taken to jamming cracks.
I must say her form looks as good as mine ever did.

Beside L's eyes ,it is people that act like you- that are keeping her from wanting to hang on the Taco.
