Caught his self some nice lookin fish.

My hook only caught a stupid bottom feeder sucker.

Damn benthic creatures.

They are still useful in some way. It is up to you to figure out how to use them, or mock and ridicule them - still a part of our utopia though.

I have incorporated my St.Croix 4/5 11.6' two handed Skajit stick into my high lake arsenal and it does exactly what needs to be done very effectively in order to hook up the Monsters that frolic out in the deep middle of the Eastside Lakes. I can shoot out some 100 or so feet with less then ten feet of back drop. It is way badass!

Do you guys have the same issue as me in having too many passionate wants to fulfill? Fishing, climbing, hiking, etc. and just basically want to enjoy it all, all the time? I hate the 9 to 5.

Love the next adventure... be it big or small!

NWO and the rest of ya'll on BOTH "political" sides... All this negative beating the hell outta each other shet on all these stupidass worthless political threads just aint worth it. Trust me.

NOT one of you out there can do a damn thing to change any of the worthless crap you (and I played into and along with for a long time till recently) all keep posting threads on.

It is ALL going to be as it has, is and will be.

Allow me to repost YC's video that many here and throughout our society can truly benefit from. Applying YC's quote "It's not about catching fish. It's about the fish catching you" to many of your lives will truly free you from all the bullshet that does not need to be. Here on ST and throughout the world. I did and am living proof it works.

I dunno...it's entertaining, anyway, and I sometimes (often?) learn stuff, too. If you think you are 'changing someone's views' with your spraying, though, you are only going to wind up with sh#t on your face.

Or melting down. Eh, nwo2?

Re NWO2's heartfelt apology to us:

I would like to apologize to crankster, apogee, Norton, and ElCap.
My attacks were vile, insulting (to everyone) and did not in any way promote the goodwill of the rope.

I would also like to apologize to all members and visitors alike, of the Supertopo forum.

peace

Hopefully he will remember it for more than 24 hours, or after he gets drunk again.

I was presented this video four months ago. It made a very powerful POSITIVE impact in my life. I hope it does for you what it did for me.

The pictures must keep rolling.

My daughter on her first climb while roped in. You should feel privileged, for I have never shared this to the public.

We called this Little Slabs because it is easy enough for her first go.

This memory will last way more than 24 hours, and even after I'm sober the next morning.

You guys make this flat lander jealous. I've never been anywhere close to the pictures you guys are always posting.

Dreams to come true... an adventurous alpine climb with fishing on the side.

You all should feel a great privilege in what you have accomplished, and the environment you get to witness.

There is not much to boast about here in Texas compared to the trip reports and random pictures I've seen here on SUPERTOPO, but if any of you guys are ever in the Austin/Houston area I'll be more than happy to show you my little Texas treasure.
