Avery is cool sh#t.

Can't believe you needed to start a thread to figure it out.

Click on his name & posts & it's pretty obvious he's one of the good guys who is here to share the stoke of climbing.

Keep at it Avery, many here appreciate your efforts & good natured persona.

No. That's matt. I haven't seen him in the last couple days.
Far as i could tell anyways. Maybe he's been more covert.

I approve of anyone who instigates climbing content around these parts! Welcome Avery!

Seems like people just got a little weirded out because of his unusual fixation on first Gerberding and then Brad Jarrett

Probably he's just super into el cap routes and the men who climb them

Ha. Part Time Communist is a girl, not a guy. And a rather cute blonde at that. ;)

Avery? Poor Avery. Perhaps he is married to a woman completely unsympathetic to his big wall aspirations - like I once was - and he is McSublimating?

Avery - quit wanking about. Buy yourself an airplane ticket, and get your ass up on El Cap so you can take and then post your own damn pictures!!!

See you on the bridge someday soon I hope. Now, shut up and climb, eh?

Your mate,
Pete

Thanks Pete, define "wanking about" for me. You appear to talk from experience.
I'll have to stop using the "Kings English" in my posts as it seems to unhinge a lot of you Americans.

what does unhinge mean?

To unhinge is to unbalance.(but by communicating on Supertopo there's no way you wouldn't already know that)
I'm sure most of the posts on here are hilarious, if only I could understand them. But you have to wade through so much American styled pseudo hip language just to get to the inevitably ambiguous conclusion.
At least PTPP is a straight talker.

Don't worry Avery.

Unhinging Americans on this forum is my favorite pastime ...... :-)
