La Sportiva with a nice nudge from Ed Sampson came out big for the GordoFest! 2 pairs of rock climbing shoes, Kleen Kanteen mugs for the beer at the AAC booth, tons of Trucker hats and more!

Thanks!

Culture is coming to the GordoFest. The paintings of artist Jude Bischoff will be on display in the main gallery of the Gordon Ranch. 40% of the proceeds from painting sales will be donated to the Gordon Family.

Jude’s “Shoosh” style of painting captures the spirit and joy of life’s dance, vibrating through his landscapes and wild creatures. His paintings are filled with light and energy. It is a style deeply imbued with his love of the outdoors and a life fully lived.

Everyone stop on by the AAC booth and visit the Southwest Regional Coordinator, Jeff Deikis while at the Fest! Donate and get some Sierra Nevada Beer. Pick up a brochure or bid on a great AAC package at our Silent Auction.

Thanks AAC for your support of the Gordons and the climbing community!

Chuck Blackwell, long time friend and one the greatest reps in the business totally hooked us up with Arc'Teryx gear. This is nice stuff, top quality, not seconds. Wrapped with tissue paper kinda goods. Available for bidding at the Silent Auction.

Thanks Chuck, Straight up Sports and the companies you represent Arc'Teryx, Petzl and Scarpa all of which stepped up to support the Gordon Fest!

Fuzzy rope, black hands, is it crusty or already chopped your current one to an unknown length? Maybe it's time for a new cord?

Come to the Gordon Family Fest and donate $5 at the door for your chance to WIN A NEW BlueWater 60m ROPE! Yup, that's right a nice new rope. They're so nice, much like new shoes.........leaves you wondering what took you so long.

Don't delay, look under your seats and get those quarters ready. $5 gets you a chance. Limited 1 door prize raffle ticket per attendee (donation required). Everyody's got a fair shot.

Thanks Eddie-Moe Sampson and BlueWater Ropes!

Our friend Bag, offered up some sponsorship to support the event - let's do the same for Recycle Resoles! Send out stinky, pealing shoes and wait for the transformation.

For those of us who donated, but can't be there in person, do we also get a draw prize ticket? Or are they extra? (We'd have to figure out shipping/delivery, but that shouldn't be insurmountable.)

Sorry Mighty, we've talked about that long and hard with the committee. We all agree there must be a way, but there were pit falls as well. Same for proxy bidding at the Silent Auction.

For this Fest, you must be present to participate. That is not to discount your great efforts and donations from afar or your wish to get in on the swag. I thought of several ways to make it happen but the final answer is not this time. All raffle tickets are purchased live at the event.

Speaking of which - each attendee can donate for (1) Door Prize Raffle Entry. We will not be selling additional Door prize Tickets. Everyone gets a fair shot to win the BlueWater Rope.

Sooze, I wasn't asking for myself - I already "won" something wonderful from johntp, which otherwise would have been auctioned. But I see that us non-attendees can order a tee shirt, either for a friend to pick up, or by paying a bit more for delivery.

Another bump and thanks for all your hard work Susan & crew

I'd be your proxy any time Anders ;) (sans "no proxy")

Reilly- E's new work schedule has him working Saturdays so it f*#ked our weekend plans, but we'll be out there by Sat night. Looks like Sunday's our only climbing day :(
