;) We're a curious/obnoxious bunch.
On a lighter note...
How about that Canadian Hockey team :(

as far as who janet has ben involved with, most of us are betting it's not this punkkid ragmeat, since, well, he doesn't yet drive (and the smart money is betting that he has never even rounded 2nd base).
peter the canadian crab lover is a good bet, given kate knows him and janet's user name lists a canadian locale-
...so the obvious bad jokes at this point include those about our new friend janet potentially hitting on the 15year old ragmeat to get even for-
well, for who knows what (and i'll leave it at that).

Naw. They just picked the wrong players to go. Younger and faster next time. Let's setup a Olympic Climbing Village in Squamish in '10
The reason I was quizing Janet was to make sure she wasn't my ex. Yikes. I'm not ready to be out'd yet.

Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!! That would be the lowest of the low, your EX coming on to troll you! Too funny!
I think it was totally stupid for the men's hockey team to come over at the last moment. The jet lag on an overnight flight will knock you out for three days, as any of you know who've flown that far from west to east. It's easy from east to west.

Where are we?
Harding, the author of this huge climb on Mt. Conness, had a remarkable resemblance to Satan. "They shall be cast into the outer darkness, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth." The rime ice on the nearby boulders is a ghostly phosphorescence seen only at vision’s periphery, hiding when I look straight at it, its eldritch magic a dim premonition that we are camped at the gates of a freezing hell.
Hang in there T*R.
I'd be sensitive too, except everything they say about me is true. probably.

Hey T*R, get that car fixed and drive up a mountain:
"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."
Might sound cliche to some, but it sure works for me.
Take care,
Randor.

I think Rajmit is in love with T*R, that's how little boys show affection, by pulling the girls pony tails, no?

I know Janet because one night after calling my mommy from a wall for the scent of warm cookies (didn't work, btw) and a weather report, I called Janet to relay a message from her 'friend', who was also climbing at the time.
It was cool, and we have emailed a few times since.
:)
Hi Janet.
