//"any intelligent Repub knows damn well she has no business being in any public office"

Funny, that's exactly what we think about Obama.//

I think this reply demonstrates that we can already rule out any intelligent contribution from foulweather on this thread.

Don't even think about coming back.

Ohhh, that sounds ominous, sort of what a close-minded fascist would say. I'd imagine that Foulweather Goose Steps to the words of the Birchers. Sieg Heil.

I had several uncles that fought for a freedom in WW2 that many of us take for granted, and other relatives fight in places like Korea and Nam, and I have some numchuck telling me not to come back to my home state. Go f*ck yourself Foulweather. Ha ha ha, poor basterdddd.

My advice is to get a life Foully boy.

Hey DUDE, I'll be back in your nightmares. My family fought the British and we will fight you sicko right-wingers as well. Hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe. You lose sucker, most nutcases do in the end. When you have your day, make the most of that 24 hours (at best). And Napa State is not far from you, remind me of the visiting hours again, so I can avoid the headers that visit you.

Hey Fairweather, I know you're just jerking the chain, but just to make this clear, Obama was President of Harvard Law Review; perhaps the most prestigious "student" position in the field. Palin on the other hand took something like four tries to finish community college. lol Yea, obviously in the same league.

It's funny.... I really don't know of anyone she "pisses off". Many feel sorry for her I think because she's deluded enough to think she has a chance to be in a place of power. But then she speaks and you just feel embarassed for her. Sad really.

What upsets people - and what is mistaken for her pissing anyone off - is that people are incredulous that she was in the position to be one heart beat away from the most powerful position on the planet. Simply put it's so grossly irresponsible of the GOP to do that it's mind boggling. So that get's people riled up and offering of opinion.

If you supported her bid for VP or think she's qualified for POTUS you really show a complete lack of observation of what's going on. Or maybe faux is always on the tube? Or maybe you are just really ƒucking stupid.

But she is a good fit for Fox News. As long as she doesn't quit (again)

Somehow the environment we recently exited

has left us with the opinion that negotiating our nation's security with other powers on earth

is just another computer game

We really don't want to play our hand foolishly

All I know is I don't want my president identifying with "rogue" or "maverick". That's just scary. Not a Republican and, as of this year, no longer a Democrat. Unfettered. But, really, last thing I want is a Maverick Rogue in office. Just the notion gives me hives.

Fairweather- i have a job, i have a small business too. It's just that i believe in better health care protection for the majority, and a better safety net for poor Americans. I have worked for that goal, here, for a long time. I am not afraid of government, i am not afraid of being taxed to help others. Maybe you should try opening your heart. Sarah Palin is a perfect example of American selfishness, and maybe it has rubbed off on too many others.

Fairweather, I do have to say that I got the run of things, if I offended you I do apologize (in)sincerely. I guess I forgot what my mom always told me:

"If you cannot say something nice about somebody, don't say anything at all".

fairweather,
obama is doing the best he can with what sh#t pile was dumped in his lap after 8 years of bush, 12 years of gop rule in both houses and the selling of our govt (can you say privatization) by the gop...

we have spent more money in Iraq with war and rebuilding (can you say corp hand outs) than we have spent fixing our roads, bridges, and getting us health care we can afford.
lets not forget IRAQ had nothing to do with 9/11 therefore we were lied to for, anyone, anyone, corp profits...

so yes Palin is a radical, who incites violence to get her message across...

smith/cosgrove 2012
keeping it real since 1979.....

So Sarah dear posts photos of Democrats in cross-sights? SICK, in the worst sense. Bordering on EVIL. And what is perhaps even scarier, is that there are a 'substantial' number of Americans willing to support this fester of a sore on humankind. She would be nothing without McCain stupidly asking her to be his running mate. All I can say is... RUN MATE when this creature shows up at your front door.

Any civilized human would be aghast at this woman's antics.

When I think that such a mediocre and wrong minded person can rise to such prominence, I am soooo thankful that I have a house in Chilean Patagonia.

Jim, I met you once (actually I think several times.. senile dementia for me) in C4, back in 1974, I think that was the year. Come visit me in Ireland. Jennie and I would welcome any Supertopians (well, almost any) to visit us. Dalkey Quarry is a five-minute walk away from the house. It's small stuff (20-40m or so), but the granite is good and sound and there is a good variety - slab, crack, face, etc, and the views over Dublin Bay and Killiney Bay (the latter on par with the Bay of Naples many say, and I agree, having been to 'Napoli') are the best.
