Phylp! RE your statement!

2 COR in may 2013 or bust

Stay in touch! Heidi and I would like to share COR with you.

You never know about how conditions will be at COR in May. Snow, cold, windy, or great.

OK! Observinging the rules!

Fritz I agree re COR in may, but I'm going to Italy mid June. If the End of may has a poor forecast, I,ll go start of july.

1. Your current consumption.

A glass of red wine at a hoity-toity reception. (That makes two this week.)

2. At least one inflammatory comment.

Russ is a way homo Brit who keeps us in stitches.

3. Why you are drunk and typing on McTopo instead of doing something worthwhile, like driving to the crag.**

It's pouring rain everywhere within at least 500 km of here, probably 1,000 km. But I may go to the gym on Saturday, between bake sales and stuff.

Hi Lady Scarlett. I am sure glad I am allergic only to shellfish, and not to booze!

So Jeff - no shirt, eh? Well, at least I don't post pictures of me with no pants on!

Welcome to Friday night. I am beginning with a glass of a rather fine Pinot Noir from [of all places] British Columbia. I hate to admit it, but Anders and his crew do a pretty good job with some of the varietals there. As well as the Foch, and nobody answered my trivia question about that one.

Not climbing this weekend, but did another great jazz gig last night on trombone and piano. There was no bass player, so I had to "walk the bass line" all night. One of the advantages of being a lefty, eh?

Heading back to Roppel Cave, Kentucky on Monday - found some great leads last time that I just can't wait til Christmas to explore and survey!

Could one put bacon in a scone? Hmmm.
Munchies? Perhaps. Knockin' back some stubby blacks(sessions). They're not bad, for Full Sail culls.
Spacepigs, asses, piss stained hacks(my favorite), and dick in the dirt lowlifes, all. I read it on the internet, so it MUST be so...;-)

First! Re hossjulia's comment last Friday:

Fritz, it was a blast. Can't wait till it's warm enough to go back.

hossjulia! It was great climbing and camping with you at City of Rocks. Next year for sure!

OK!

Stroganoff and red wine night tonight, with some Zinfandel and Malbec.

90% of ST is boring and fuking frenzied the last few nights.

It was another big "clean-up" day on the ranchette, before the storms return this weekend.

Hey there Steve-O,

Yeah, that was great fun for sure on Lost World. Man oh man, did you and Cory ever send Lurking Fear fast, that was great fun! Yeah, what can I say? Some people "get" us, and some people don't. I think they just need to get away from their computers and get out on the wall and hang out with us and see that we're just a couple of fun-loving wannabes, y'know? If you and Cory could hold off til I arrive in May, that would be awesome. Otherwise, have fun on that next pitch, eh?

Best of luck in Chile, eh? Are you gonna run up all three towers in one go again, or what?

Yeah, Kirk - "piss-stained hack" is pretty damn funny, and every time I see the words, I laugh even harder!

But my all-time favourite is when Conrad Wanker called me a Big Wall Parvenu! Was so glad to meet him and his family this past summer - what a fun and friendly bunch they are. And Conrad sure knows how to pour the beer, man!

Holy frig - what a Hoser in that plaid jacket, eh? I look like Jean-Claude What-da-foque, non?

So I'm in training for my visit - the drinking training, you know, the
important stuff. I don't need to train to take on that gator - they're
easy money.

I'm totally knackered. Just spent the past 9 days doing remodeling at my sister's house. That wine with dinner tonight sure went down fast - served with baked cod, veggies and quinoa.

Captain, I bake scones routinely. The "cheesy scones" recipe would be great with some bacon.

Edited because I drunkenly confused a name ~ sorry!
