An "Internet troll" or "Forum Troll" is a person who posts outrageous messages to bait people to answer.
Trolls delight in sowing discord on the forums. A troll is someone who inspires flaming rhetoric, someone who is purposely provoking and pulling people into flaming discussion.

When Obama assumed office the public debt figures did not include all the supplemental appropriations required for prosecuting the two wars. Obama added them so that the accounting would be correct. I think the number he added was between 1 and 1.5 trillion dollars.
I will show a plot of the "Public Debt." There is something one has to realize. There is also something called the "Gross Debt." Social security funds obtained from taxpayers each year are used to purchase treasury securities. That outstanding debt, is real, but it is not included in figures reported for "Public Debt." Mind you it is a real debt.
The Social Security funds plus some other agency funds are, however, included in the "Gross Debt." Typically the Gross Debt is around 2.5 trillion dollars higher than the figure reported for public debt. So herewith is the public debt as reported by the government.
The axis is scaled in scientific notation. 1E+13 equals ten trillion dollars. Bush assumed office Jan 20,2001.
Public debt has increased an unusual degree since the year 2000.
On his watch the debt has almost exactly doubled to more than 12 trillion dollars.
According to the census clock there are now 308 million people in the US. Just the "public debt" alone comes to $40291 man woman and child.
A family of five has the task of paying off $201,460. If we assume an average interest rate of say 2% a family of five is burdened each month by $335. Before Bush their payment was $153.
I have data to the effect that debt service, at the currently very low rates is about equal to half the cost of the Defense Department.
If people stop buying Federal debt and new debt has to go to market, the cost of debt service can rise very substantially.
The possibility that market forces may cause these costs to rise even further is why I have said
we have been bankrupted.
Taxes will have to rise. And substantially so.
This has the chance of being a "perfect storm."
Coincident with the rise in taxes there will be an increase in interest rates. Increases in interest rate will depress the economy, the same economy which has to support the higher taxation. If the government attempts to finesse this by printing money we will have inflation. Everything will cost more precisely when the economy can't provide us income to finance our purchases. We called it "stagflation" under Nixon/Ford.

I am out of here, guys, for a while. The "nasties" like Bob and Norton are getting on my nerves. Why hang out with such negative energy? It comes through even through the internet. I'll come back some other time when the pit vipers are not quite so prevalent and the nicer people can hold constructive discussion. Such bile an poison some of you spew forth. I don't like to hang around in places where such blackness prevails.

I would love to hang out with you all and chat more with you guys tonight but as I said the negativity and bile here is getting on my nerves. I don't want to participate any more this evening the way the "nasties" are spewing bile. This forum is getting very ugly, of late, and it is beginning to exceed my tolerance of negativity and vileness. The problem with negativity and hate is that it generates so much negative energy that it can overpower anything else.
