Today
Partly cloudy in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs 40 to 50. Light winds becoming southwest around 10 mph in the afternoon. Ridge gusts up to 60 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight
Strong...damaging winds with a slight chance of rain and snow in the evening...then snow after midnight. Snow level 7000 feet lowering to valley floors after midnight. Snow accumulation up to 3 inches...with 3 to 7 inches above 7000 feet. Lows 13 to 23. Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph increasing to 30 to 45 mph after midnight. Gusts up to 70 mph. Ridge gusts up to 145 mph.
Saturday
Windy with snow showers likely. Snow accumulation up to 2 inches...with 1 to 3 inches above 7000 feet. Highs 24 to 34. West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph becoming southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph in the afternoon. Ridge gusts up to 145 mph decreasing to 75 mph in the afternoon.

someone tell us these wimpy little storms that are only bringing like three inches are going to stop and real snow will come soon...
