Salad - Not safe for kids either... Just watched this in front of my 2 year old nephew... Thanks for the heads up... My sister is going to thing I taught the little guy how to sign andn say "F-You!".....

You guys really need to learn how to mantle. Can you do the Beak up at Castle rock proper? You need to flip the elbow more and use momentum to help you get past your weak zone. Bar-dips are great for working on those kinda moves.
