Amazing how small acts of generosity like that can bring tears to your eyes.

Wonder why that is? Because it's so rare? Or because it shows the truth of who we really are?

L, that's an interesting question you raise. I think it is because it APPEARS to be so rare thesedays. We seem to only get bad news from the media. I don't think they realize that good news sells too.

Heartwarming stories are also beneficial to a society (the media doesn't really care) in that they teach and encourage kindness, cooperation, and selfless consideration for others.

That's the way I see it anyways.

Exactly as Bluering says: theres so much good all around us all the time, yet WE, as much as the media, seem to want to always focus on the bad.

Righteous read there, thanks for remembering some of the huge amount of good that we all of us have in us!
