This is NOT a climbing thread. But here's some climbing content if you did click and are now annoyed:
I went to New Jack City with friends two days ago and actually led 3 5.6's. Gad trouble on another route but followed clean, and stayed away from that evil 9 on that first formation, which I have not gotten off the ground with on previous attempts.
So - issue:
I have started developing a Wordpress blog/website (yes, another business venture, but this one is going to be the one I actually can survive from - I have hope!)
The learning curve for WP has been steep for me, and finally I felt I had gotten the hang of the platform, and had the site looking...plausible. Yesterday I was going to begin adding content.
When I went to log in to the admin panel, it accepted my password, and then went to a blank white page. The white page syndrome seems to be a common issue over in the WP forums, and I have read many of the threads by others, and tried to use the suggestion, to no avail.
I ran a security scan and the site is clean, so I am assuming it is a conflict with one of the plugins I installed. The forum suggestions are to deactivate all plugins and then...I forget what... but I can't get to my plugins to do that.
I have started a thread at the WP forums, but am not getting any responses, and so at least I know that here I am at least going to be told that I'm gonna die!!!
Appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

Yes to what kunlun_shan says. It's likely a badly behaved (or out of date) plugin. I'd probably remove any plugins you added rather than rename the plugins folder (that way it's easy to add them back in one at a time after you get things running again) If you don't have FTP access, I'd ask support at your host to remove the plugins.

Answers above are correct. You need ftp access to your file system. Its a plug-in for sure. Been there done that.

Thnx for suggestions. I have just sat down for a session and will see where I get. The WP forum also gave me some a link to install a php admin thingie with which I will be able to screw up my database, I mean deactivate the plugins....
I am going to take a look at that, as it seems to be in the vein of what you guys are referring to.
Will keep you all posted.

RESOLVED!
So..... I went to try the suggestions and got to place where the phpMyAdmin thing can be downloaded. The page also said it may be accessible via my cPanel(at host, Bluehost).
At first I thought "Well, it says I can totally screw things up, but I should try to fix this myself, since I do want to gain experience."
But when I got to the code pages, I head a small voice inside say....
not YER GONNA DIE!!!
but
eep!
So, I called Bluehost and in less than a minute the tech support guy found that a Twitterfeed plugin was wonky, deactivated it, and now I am in.
I wish I hadn't had to call, but am sure glad they were there for me to help.
Thanks to all who have offered suggestions. Much appreciated!
