That is the name I came up with for the historical slide shows that I like to host in the Valley every year. Next week on Saturday the 22nd Tom Frost and Royal Robbins are going to do a presentation at the East Auditorium on their first ascent of the Salathe Wall of El Capitan 50 years ago. These shows are a lot of fun and often end up being a reunion too. There will be quite a few climbing dignitaries of all generations. Rumor has it that even TM will be showing up. There will be a book signing at the Mountain Shop on Saturday from 3-5 and also one on Sunday at the Ansel Adams Gallery from 11-1. The doors to the Auditorium will open at 6:00 pm and the presentation will start at 6:30pm. It is open to the public and I hope a lot of you can make it.

Ken,
I for one, of very many, totally appreciate all you do for our climbing community. It blows me away that after the Facelift you still have time to pull off another event.
Count on my being there and helping out with what ever you needs to be done. I am sure this will be a memorable time. See you next week.

I agree with the above comment.
Keep the positive energy flowing!
Sounds like a stellar presentation on the 22th.

If it weren't for an over-full schedule I would be there with ribbons in my hair. Not sure why I would arrive like that...
Keep up the UNBELIEVABLE work you do!

If you are wondering where the "East Auditorium" is, it is behind the Visitor Center in Yosemite Village.
Here's a map I found:
