What are people's experiences with Fish's Ladders and Fish's aiders? Preferences? Pros cons?

Fish ladders or smart aiders?

I think that having an intelligent helper around would be much preferable to throwing oneself at a wet, ergonomically-inappropriate ladder with a bunch of water-dwellers...

but I am funny like that, so don't take my word for it.

Weld_it's Stainless Steel ladders are too heavy for the BigWall!!

But they get lighter the further away you get from the center of the earth. They're perfect for K2.
