Jim's big wall bolt kit for sale. Top bid after 3 days will get this stuff mailed to them (Thur. evening). $100 , and if anyone would like to give more, please make a bid. Jim is trying to make ends meet financially, and I say bravo to that. It's some cool stuff, and it's been places that most of us can't even imagine. I suppose some of this stuff could still be used;...I often use a 1/4 inch drill for bathooks while drilling free routes on the lead. It's dripping in history, lore, and is the real stuff used on the climbs that carved their place in Yosemite climbing history. Would make a great present for a girl-friend, fiancee, mother in law, or boss at work. A great addition to any sport climber's rack of quick draws. (Never know when you might need a threaded machine bolt when you are out at New Jack or the Quarry...)...and thanks in advance to all those who have helped out the Bridwell's...you guys RULE! Happy New Years, and if this sort of thing floats your boat, please consider a bid. Cheers.

Looks like it includes the "butterknife" tool for cleaning fixed "deadheads" mentioned in a thread here.
(3rd chisel in the lower left row).
All 4 of those chisels a more of a "head kit" - maybe even more historic than the bolt kit?

The chisels are where its at. I offered Jim 20 bucks for that deadhead cleaner, he wuddn't partin' with it! Some of those chisels are really rad, hard to see from here, but for hitting pins in a corner, all kinds of cool toys.

Gettin laid away, but got my eye on the package for putting in the museum along with the whammer. Will the 3/8" drill fit in either of the holders?

The 3/8" drill fits in the modern drill handles, or an electric drill;...the hand drills are different from each other;...one has a drift pin to remove the drill bits;..the other looks like a perminant gig that you just keep the one bit in and keep sharpening it......

For nostalgia purposes - is Jim willing to note what climbs he used these on? I would be willing to put in a bid - $125 - with a signed note from him

Current bid;...$150 (or one fiddy...).....and remember that income tax return is coming soon;.so you will be rolling in the green soon....time to invest in climbing history and invest in the Bridwell family.
