The film Higher Ground, by Chris Alstrin and Alex Lavigne, documents a yearlong journey as seen through the eyes of a selection of world-class climbers. Higher Ground focuses on the importance of exploration, passion for the mountains and those who pursue the lifestyle.

Tickets required: $10 General Public, $5 Students

I'll begoing with a bunch of friends-ought to be good! I was planning on going to the movie in San Rafael, but as Chris's video is the only one I wanted to see, and my friend owns it and I've seen it, plans have changed. Plus, I live just north of campus :)
I'll drink some beers afterward, cleo. Jupiter? Lane splitters?

Let's do Jupiter! I'll be a little lateish arriving for beer since I'm "involved" with the film, but you should recognize me as I'll likely be standing up front and talking.
