I am heading up to Castle Crags this week to climb the Cosmic Wall. And I was wondering if anybody could help me out on what trailhead to take for the approach? And where to park, etc.

You can print a miniguide to the area with approach maps and new routes on the alpineaddict page:

If i remember correctly, when you finish the up hill bit and arrive on the saddle behind castle dome and beneath the ogre, you want to enter the manzanita field from a trail on the right side of the manzanita field. From there angle towards a large dead tree in the middle of the manzanita and from there angle up and left to the base of the ogre. There are plenty of confusing maze like false trails in the manzanita field beneath the ogre. Good luck and have fun
