I think this was also the same trip we had some formally illegal absinth on hand. Well, we woke up the next day had breakfeast and I wanted a shot before leaving. The absinth was, like, sun roasted warm, I had a swig and instantly blew chunks....DON'T DRINK WARM ABSINTH!

that looks pretty cool. is that pay camping or is it disbursed camping?

never tried absinthe- probably won't...my wife has some she got in Europe and I witnessed her displeasure as she tasted it for the first time. That was enough for me.

Emerald Bay is definately pay camping. We make reservations for that site in february to camp there in June.

It's a nice site though, the one we reserve, closest to the water! We got 'er this year too, last weekend of July.

Tahoe is so beautiful.

bluering,

You left out the part about the nice hot showers for the cost of pocket change.....

yeah, there's that too. The chix always like that part. I always figured just jumping in the lake did the trick.

Casinos within a short drive.

Eagle Creek Canyon routes nearby including 90' wall.

Yup on the jump in. But got to keep the chix happy! When I let the shower thing be known, going camping is no problem.

Alright I may have some camping spots avaialable at the above pictured spot. Same spot every year....badasss!!!!

The only catch is there's only parking for like 2-4 cars so you may have to park in overflow and have one of the 'parkers' shuttle you to your rig.

Here's the pic from my previous post that got all f*#ked up....

Still no takers???

I got 2 badass sites in the Emerald Bay Eagle Point camping area, very spacious and cool sites. We will be able to fill up one site. Half of my crew is flaking out on our 'annual trip'.

Gaaaaaaaa!!!111!11

One site is available for anyone who wants it. I'd appreciate full price for it but since it will probably go to waste, just make an offer.

Same sites as in the OP.

I think we're #61 and #63 on the map.

Cleo get's it...check your mail.

Fet, it's on the peninsula extending out on the south side of Emerald Bay. Across the Bay from D.L. Bliss

Our sites are the last ones near the tip of the peninsula.

kick ass!!!!
