I know that its really early in the season, but Mammoth has been getting snow (which has actually stuck) and I was wondering if any ice was starting to form up in Lee Vining? I figured it would be good to have a thread where people could update conditions, so, lets have it locals... Is it cold enough yet???

Thanks and Cheers,
Jonas

the Mono Market sells a 10 lb block for 2.99, that's all the ice you'll find at this point.

A week and a Half ago things were forming up really nice. But it all fell off. I was out there last Thursday. I also checked out the pipe this summer and no holes were "plugged up". The pipe looks like it has never leaked......

I promise, everyone in San Diego is praying daily for snow!

Ok, not everyone, but I am!
