It's nice that the prosecutor wants to drop the charge, but I have to wonder...was it the hand-fanning motion that made the cop charge the guy with battery? A disgusting fart on its own perhaps wouldn't be bad enough?
And what did the prosecutor have to say about the cop's toughness?

LOL! I heard this today and cracked up. I wonder how often cops could have been charged with assault for the same thing. I know of a few instances....
