I'm just kinda curious about the toilet photos.. .There's one of chongo too - pants at the ankles, sitting on a toilet. Was this like a fashion statement back in the day?

I've always been under the impression that women have the pants pulled down just below the knees, and that men ALWAYS shove the pants down to the ankles--no matter how clean/filthy the throne and floor. Well, I'm wonderin..............
