... in the climbing relationships thread, that a few other people (besides me) on this site are a little, 'perturbed', shall we say, with t*r aka SS.
Well it's one thing for me to take great exception to perceived twitishness, after all, I am a card carrying curmudgeon, and I feel grumpy pretty all the time thanks to drugs, chemo, illness, etc.
But when the rest of you do it, hmmm.
Besides, MAYBE t*r is not a lost cause. Maybe she's NOT The female equivalent of Ramjet. Maybe she'll see the light one day. I'll bet she's never kicked an innocent little bunny rabbit. She's probably good deep down in side.
And she COULD fix your car.
Maybe we should all lighten up on lil t*r.
Well, all except for me.

I'll tell you , and everyone else for that matter, why.
It's because a young semi-attractive woman can pretty much get away with murder on a site like this. If guy posted the crap t*r posts, he'd never hear the end of it. It would be Ramjet part deux.
NEVERMIND that both of em Roxy and t*r were joking.
BTW, this was supposed to be a t*r pat on the back thread, although a bit left handed (I'm left handed), but unfortunately there are too many idiots who can't read for comprehension.
Like Dingbutt and kwhat'shisname, to name a few.
To those of you who love t*r, that's great, she needs it. Really. I really feel sorry for t*r given what she puts herself though, and maybe all the support you give her helps somehow.
Now all this thread needs is a diatribe from Doug B, and a rash of comments from Lois. God only knows what Doug B would say. Well, OK I guess we ALL know what it would turn into, but still, I'm curious as to how he would start it out.
At least t*r never drank a bottle of Dr Bronners, or thought the Dr Bronners writing style was a good one. I'll give her full credit for that.

I like t*r.
I just thought she deserved to know that she comes off as having an extremely low self esteem at times (for example: the bite-back at Ouch! for a completely innocent picture because she herself thought she looked bad in it and projecting that intent upon Ouch!) I feel like I told her in an open and nice way. I really hope that is not a post that is beinf designated as 'way homo' by Dingus as I respect his opinion A LOT. Anyway, I wish her the absolute best and hope that I am misreading her posts and that she truly has a great high self esteem.

Sorry man, but you did. Here's where:
I feel grumpy pretty all the time thanks to drugs, chemo, illness, etc.
I wouldn't wish illness on anybody. It sucks, I know. But try to take responsibility
for your own grumpyness. It might help in the healing process.
BTW, t*r/SS is great. I'm glad that she's part of The Voice.

This place is so frickin dysfunctional. TR isn't even close to cracking the top hundred of leading ST head cases.
My bet is that if we forced outsiders to read through the stuff on this forum (maybe as a substitute for waterboarding), most of them would find TR one of the most likable online personalities.
She also appears to be one of a handful of contributors who are also women climbers in real life as opposed to some creepy tranny avatar.
