Nita,
Thank you, spring is very happy there! That was a nice image to absorb and goes very well with my morning tea.
We are on the verge here with the flowers just popping up for a view, the El Portal Canyon is going bloom huge this year I can hardly wait!

Really pretty picture, nita. Thanks for posting it... something to look forward to for those of us who are still snowlocked, more or less.

It's starting to be spring like. The last few days have been fairly cool, and we had snow on the north shore mountains down to about 800 m. But it was half way sunny today, so I took some pictures in the neighbourhood.

Oriental cherries starting to blossom - we have lots.

Snowy mountains in back, pinkish tree in front.

We may have a sunny day tomorrow, in which case I'll try to get some better shots.

hey there all.... wow, nita ... so very beautiful, the flowers and the hill!!!...

actually, i like all the pics, too, you guys.. very nice!...

well, it was snow-melt down, and dried up grass showing, perhaps spring would have budded, but we got dumped with snow... and not even in the MOUNTAINS... as... as far as i've seen around here, there aint none... so our snow was right through town and all...heard tell some was near 8-12 inches... oh, my...

wellllll, perhaps next week spring will surface???
but---there's no climbing around here, so not to affect any, but just sharing, is all....

happy spring, to all....

hey there jobee (jo)...wow, awww, el portal... so very lovely... have a great spring there, gal!

It's awful here. We were pummeled with tons more rain, thunder and lightening tonight. That should help the river situation in the area - not! It's been cold, super-humid, gray and really dreary. Even the daffodils haven't bloomed yet. Spring just can't seem to arrive.
