WB, I am putting a PC inside the VW, what do you suggest for an external WIFI antenna ?
Something to pickup a good DLS reception . If you got ebay item # post it.

What is the rf connector that connects to the antenna?
You'll definitely want an omni for this application since you are mobile? Or?
Will you be fixed (not moving)?

The wireless network card came with a little antenna and the connector is very small (not B&C type). I want to be able to park but rotate the antenna to pick strong signals.

Ok so that means most likely it's a RP-SMA connector like this one?
This antenna will be highly directional and good gain but you'll need to aim it at you access point.

You'll need to get a pigtail to match the antenna connector to your card. That's why I wanted to know what your connector is.
It's important.
