I don't have any old postcards but here is a triva question. What was the plastic figure that was stuffed for around two years in the mid 70's at the crux of Gripper, and who placed it?

A gorilla is what I always heard, but I don't know who placed it.
I didn't see it when I did the climb.
Some people also said there was a monkey in the Meanie, but I'm
not so sure that wasn't just a joke.

correct Scuffy! rumor was it was Largo who placed it yet not confirmed. It was there for several years. I never saw anything on meanie.

I saw the gorilla many many times.

And there was a book at the top of the first pitch behind the bay tree too. It was a way homo book.

I remember the figurine in Gripper.
Later I once found a green plastic dinosaur,
so I left it on 'Green Dragon'
