Well I didn't even say it was a climbing anchor just a camming "device", but how about a defect free fully functional early Wild Country friend with inventory serial number and notarized letter to the effect that it was used on the FAs of Prodigal Sun, Thunderbird Wall, and Sheer Lunacy among others.
(I put serial #s on my cams and keep gear notes to track use of those and other items.)
