I've seen multiple uppercase P's along routes in Supertopo guides (ex. near the 2ed belay of Astroman, near the alcove belay on Corrugation).

To add to what Mucci said, a "P" on a topo usually means there is a piton fixed in place at that location (also sometimes called a fixed pin).

omg surfstar... that was hilarious... he started gagging, and I'm a sympathetic vomiter so i was almost gaging... i thought he was gonna puke on cedar... did he sh#t himself cause he was scared or because he was straining? haha or maybe he was backed up and there was no holding back... wow tfpu
