While not new to browsing Supertopo, this is my first post and would appreciate any advice if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I found some gear in Tuolumne in late December and would like to get it back to it's owner. Please contact me if you left some gear near Lake Tenaya. I require an accurate identification and inventory of the gear and will either hold it for you until your next Yosemite adventure or require COD for shipping. I live in Yosemite Valley and I'm happy to hold this gear until you return. As stated before, I'm new to this posting thing, so please be patient if you are having problems getting in touch with me through Supertopo. Spaz, if you read this post I'm still in the valley. Look me up at The Ahwahnee on your next trip in. I can still be reached at the same email adress you last had for me. If you're confused as to who I am, we climed Native Son with Justin in December of 2000 or 2001. I don't remember exactly which year it was. DA

Great first post. Thanks for taking the initiative and doing the right thing. While I'm certain the gear is not mine (I wasn't lucky enough to climb Toulumne then), a very general description might help. People may have heard of friends who lost such and such.

Thanks for the replies and for the advice. I found some quickdraws and a couple belay devices. Someone mentioned they sent me a PM. I'm assuming this means a personal message but I didn't get an email??? UPDATE: sorry Stzzo, your email ended up in my junk mail. No, that was not the gear I found but I'll keep my eye out.
